  7. Oatmeal w/ Cinnamon (steel cut, quick cook, stove top, or gluten free will work. Feel free to cook with almond milk, rice milk, soy milk, or low fat cow’s milk)
  8. Cucumber Slices, Broccoli & Cauliflower w/ Greek Yogurt Dip (Replace dip with hummus if desired)
